2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.

Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail.

To supervise and direct clinical staff and to gather information, assess, and provide direct care to patients

Directs clinical staff in the provision of patient care, maintaining professional nursing standards and adhering to TCP policies, procedures, and recommendations

Provides general patient care. Prepares patient for examination per practice protocol

Assists provider, as directed, during treatments, examinations, and testing within the scope of the position

Administers medication. Administers medication as directed by provider per practice protocol

Triages patients. Triages presenting patient complaints per practice protocol, using electronic health records for documentation

1 to 2 years' experience working on a ranch

1 to 2 years' experience working around horses preferred

Assists with upkeep of the property including fence maintenance, cutting trees, and mowing

Assists with the feeding, cleaning, and overall well-being of the horses

Assists with the grooming and exercising of the horses

Performs additional duties, as assigned

Previous ranch experience is not required

Experience with livestock and/or heavy equipment operation in the oil field, farming ranch, or a mechanic/machine shop is highly preferred

Ensure all water wells and troughs are full and functioning properly

Maintain salt and mineral at water troughs

Fill protein feeders using a feed truck

Provide water and feed for livestock

Ability and willingness to assist and transfer technical knowledge to less experienced Stakeholders.

Demonstrate competency in applying the following in performing normal job duties

Possess a valid State of Oklahoma Driver License

Able to use basic hand tools properly and safely

Communicate effectively in written and verbal format

Safety training as required by OSHA.

High School Diploma or GED and two years progressive cattle and agricultural ranch operation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Selects time and amount of feed and supplements, in coordination with Ranch Manager.

Skill in operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery.

Skill in handling and caring for livestock.

Skill in performing a variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and welding work sufficient to maintain structures and equipment in proper condition.

Skilled horsemanship and skill with cattle.

Ranch beautification and projects including mowing, weed eating, spraying, and shop cleaning/organization

Helps to maintain ranch infrastructures such as shop, fences, ponds, roads, water systems, and other buildings

Maintain and clean equipment including vehicles, tractors, skid steers, dozers, and UTVs

Maintain high standards of animal welfare
