Lead Quality Audit Management for internal and external GVP audits and other GxP areas as needed

8+ years GVP quality or compliance related discipline or equivalent quality management activities

At least 8 years pharmaceutical or biotechnological drug development experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology discipline

Working knowledge of international GxP guidelines (ICH) and directives, international regulatory standards, including USA (FDA), EU (EMA), UK (MHRA), Japan (PMDA)

Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, dependencies or potential issues.

Manage test data architecture definition and requests

Have responsibilities in the process of traceability of requirements through to functional tests and defect lists;

Communicate the status of testing initiatives to the stakeholder groups and lead triage meetings;

Continually improve the testing infrastructure, tools, and processes;

Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance;

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Monitors the overall compliance program at the operating level and works closely with the CSRA Manager.

Tracks and maintains records as per regulatory requirements.

Participates in the investigation of compliance-related incidents, under the direction of the CSRA Manager or CSRA Director.

In the CSRA Manager’s absence, operates as liaison for the DC with Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.

Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance regulations

Reporting to and working with Trading Systems Development (TSD) Management in continually aligning the QA team with upcoming business goals

Must have thorough knowledge of the Quality Assurance testing process and best practices

Must have demonstrated accomplishments in testing real-time trading systems...direct experience testing Options or Equities Trading systems is a big plus

Effective analytical and problem solving skills a must

Strong experience using the LINUX command line interface

Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Perl, etc.

Design, develop and manage pre-production system and functional level tests.

2+ years’ experience in QA leadership role for enterprise solutions and products.

3+ years’ experience in testing for cloud based SaaS products for enterprise operation.

Strong knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS products.

Confident with scripting skills to automate all tests possible.

Experience of supporting customers for enterprise products is a big plus.

Recommends improvements to record management systems and/or work order processes to ensure the integrity of company records.

Communicates the information to company personnel at all levels, including making presentations to management teams.

Leads team initiatives, through frequent communication with the team and management.

QA with 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA)
