Quality Assurance Lead Jobs

The QA lead will be responsible for testing Metafoodx's enterprise grade food waste prevention solutions and delivering the highest quality to Metafoodx's enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer escalation, work with developer team to resolve customer issues in a timely fashion.
• Design, develop and manage pre-production system and functional level tests.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers as team grows.
• Interact with customers to ensure smooth customer trials and deployments.
• Set up, maintain and continuously improve an automated end-to-end testing solution.
• Set up and maintain a fully automated Continuous Testing process that is integrated into Continuous Delivery process.
• Work with development and Ops teams to ensure highest level of test coverage and quality assurance in all stages of Continuous Delivery process.

Requirements:

• Confident with scripting skills to automate all tests possible.
• Flexible, self-starter, and always available to help.
• 3+ years’ experience in testing for cloud based SaaS products for enterprise operation.
• Experience of supporting customers for enterprise products is a big plus.
• Good communication skills, creative thinker and team worker.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS products.
• 2+ years’ experience in QA leadership role for enterprise solutions and products.
