Supports in developing well-scoped requirements and assists in the execution of the backend roadmap

Works with Senior Product Manager to manage depencies, risks and blockers throughout the product

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines.

Experience working with JIRA or other project management tools.

5+ years background in product operations, product management, business analysis, or related field within a B2B SaaS startup.

Manage external relationships and oversee experimentation processes, safeguarding successful integrations and preventing overlaps, ultimately boosting PMs' efficiency and success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Experience with leading technology rollouts and large change management campaigns a plus

A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience

Create and manage product documentation such as user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes

3+ years' experience in digital product or technology consulting

Experience supporting retail, supply chain, or digital marketing operations a plus
