Onsite High Volume Recruiter Jobs

Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers

1+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, project management or related fields

Act as an ambassador of CA to candidates and to hiring managers ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved

Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring processes for assigned requisitions

Source and screen candidates, network with passive candidates, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with the offer negotiation process

Bring a proven experience in managing a high requisition load without losing an eye on top-quality talent

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management and communication skills

Administer applicant tracking system, iCIMS, including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.

Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.

Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.

Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.

High School diploma and 5 years of recruiting experience.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision

Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements

Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interviews and offers)

You have a minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience

You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry (preferred)

Excellent oral and written communication skills
