Talent Specialist (High Volume) - 3-month Contract Role

The CA Talent team is looking for a self-driven individual to join our team for three (3) months as additional support. The Recruiter, reporting to our Associate Manager of Talent Acquisition, will execute recruitment for high volume requisitions by partnering with hiring managers in search of the best talent. Additionally, they will support our team in its mission to maintain equitable hiring practices that promote diversity and inclusion at CA.

The impact you’ll have:
- Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring processes for assigned requisitions
- Act as an ambassador of CA to candidates and to hiring managers ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
- Work on similar roles, but handle multiple seats per requisition
- Source and screen candidates, network with passive candidates, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with the offer negotiation process
- Manage wide scope sourcing campaigns for assigned roles, including posting positions on job boards, managing employee referrals, passive candidates, and various online platforms
- Review high volume of resumes for time-sensitive roles with a sense of urgency and maintain a requisition load of 10-15 roles at a time
- Utilize diversity data on a weekly basis with hiring teams comfortably speaking to trends, areas of concerns and suggesting strategies to make improvements
Who you are:
- Ability to embrace change with a great attitude and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Bring a proven experience in managing a high requisition load without losing an eye on top-quality talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate large sets of information into a quick, digestible format
- Strong aptitude in prioritizing and executing in high change environment with tight deadlines
- Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
- Past success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
- Experience sourcing or closing in a highly competitive talent marketplace
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, project management or related fields
Location: Role can be done remotely from anywhere in the US
Wage: $25-27/hour
