We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquistion Partner/Recruiter for our growing Talent Acquisition team. For in office days, this position is based out of our headquarters located in The Domain area of Austin, TX. We have a nice facility offering a large breakroom/kitchen, free coffee & soda, and even ping-pong if you need a mental break. Not to mention, we have a covered parking garage with designated spaces offering accessible parking with a short walk.
As a TA Partner, you will be supporting our Hanger Clinic by partnering with the business to learn about their needs in order to screen applicants and refer well-qualified individuals to hiring managers. Our recruiters are assigned specific Regions to support. We feel this helps to build a partnership with the field teams to better understand their needs as your internal "customers." This position is a vital role to the growth of our organization and to help recruit those that support our Clinicians. We all have a part to play in providing the best clincal outcomes to our patients.
Your Impact
  • Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
  • Administer applicant tracking system, iCIMS, including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
  • Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
  • Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
  • Recruiting efforts will be focused on administrative and medical support staff positions for the Hanger Clinic division. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma and 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting or within human resource functions is required OR
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is strongly preferred.
