Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces

Proven experience designing complex user interfaces

You will work directly with our engineers to design user interfaces and dashboards around the complex services that they are delivering.

We are expecting you to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and documentation of the frontends that you will be designing.

You are going to want to be comfortable pitching and presenting new ideas to stakeholders.

We will be leaning on you to research and understanding the current state of UX/UI design.

A portfolio of your successes in UI/UX

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Three to five years of UX experience

Exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch

Experience with generative and evaluative research methods

User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs

Understanding of how design translates to code

Updating web content or building pages using our MODX content management system

Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles

Work with Digital & Creative team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.

Using interface design and knowledge of UX best practices

Minimum 3-4 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse Web team for a product-driven business.
