No Study Material MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in the supervision of employees preferred.

Experience in the use of LexisNexis, Westlaw, or other related legal research software programs preferred.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software programs preferred.

Paralegal certification preferred. The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will be $4.023.

Amendments and/or re-negotiations of existing agreements and management of contract renewals as necessary.

A keen interest in the gaming industry, experience will be considered an asset.

Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of German, Dutch, French or Swedish would be considered an asset.

Knowledge of Jira would be considered an asset

Draft and review agreements or policies and procedures as required in relation to the jurisdictions the company operates in.

Knowledge and working experience with Service Now

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.

Effectively manage existing contracts and contract renewal processes, including managing the renewal of license and support agreements.

Develop and manage vendor relationships compatible with organizational mission and goals.

Perform industry research and utilize industry knowledge to develop successful negotiation strategies and structure for business relationships.

4+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience and/or procurement experience

5 to 7 years of similar legal experience in national or international top tier contractors or clients

Experience in the review, drafting, and negotiation of a variety of engineering and/or construction agreements

Strong written (including contract/legal drafting) and oral communication skills in English

Ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities

Experience in the renewable energy sector

Multitasking on various concurrent tenders, projects and assignments

5+ years experience practicing either in-house or at a law firm

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on collaborative problem-solving

Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree, with state bar membership

Astute risk and reputational management skills, and requires the ability to deal with, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Law degree and professional legal qualification in Texas

Incisive grasp of legal issues, demonstrated learner mindset and capability to expand knowledge in relevant areas of law

Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Ensure that legal considerations, including mitigation of legal risks identified, are considered in operations, planning activities, and contracting

Monitor relevant legal developments and communicate these to the business
