Junior Pr Consultant – Account Executive Jobs

Serve as the day-to-day lead and trusted advisor to clients offering sound counsel and guidance.

Manage client benchmarks and deliver strong media coverage through leadership and guidance.

3-4 years’ experience at a PR agency or in-house marketing/communications

Exceptionally strong writing skills for both media and client communications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Execute client programs and campaigns from planning to execution, delivering results

Job Type: Full-Time (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 /month

Manage time and responsibilities in an often fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4+ years of media relations experience; large agency experience is a plus.

Experience engaging with and presenting to mid-to senior-level clients.

Have a strong interest in multicultural programming; experience is a plus.

Experience successfully managing simultaneous work streams (both planning and execution).

Excellent writing and editorial skills for media-facing materials and content for clients.

Strong support to account lead, with timely management of account actions and account admin to deliver BIC client service

Management of press and influencer mailers and seeding programs to a high standard

Management of expenses for your team where appropriate, ensuring they are on time and any PO’s have been raised accurately

Great written and verbal presentation skills, owning press office proposals and delivering client updates/proposals as part of client calls and meetings

Good media and influencer relationships, to the benefit of day-to-day client pitching

Be the go-to across the SEEN agency, offering support to the senior team with SEEN related tasks

Monitoring the media for breaking news; developing an understanding of the media landscape and applying that knowledge

Basic knowledge of print, broadcast and digital media

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized

Up to one year of PR experience (accepted but not required) -- internship experience is applicable!

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint necessary, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.

Contribute to the management of global events calendar

1+ years of experience in events or public relations role

Proficient MS Office user and photoshop or illustrator knowledge

Experience building and executing PR strategy

Experience coordinating events and travel arrangements

Experience working directly with editors and influencers at events, office visits and miscellaneous meetings

Manage and monitor sales and inventory data to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product

At least 2 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the men's underwear industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Develop new accounts by researching potential customers and identifying sales opportunities

Conduct sales presentations and product training for accounts and customers

Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and market competition to identify opportunities and risks

Strong project management, account management and vendor management skills required

Proficient knowledge using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) with previous industry experience in a fast-paced agency setting

Responsible for oversight of the meeting planning process with both internal stakeholders and external meeting agency partners

Salary Range: Up to $60hr

Hybrid in office on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

Wholesale Fashion Industry related experience and knowledge-preferably 1-2 years

Assist with inventory management in JOOR

Strong oral and written communication skills

Wholesale trade show experience a plus

Manage account order entry and maintain order changes, substitutions, confirmations, and shipping status/order tracking for accounts
