3+ years of PR agency, studio or network experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Participate in brainstorming sessions for the strategic press goals of each client

Ownership of delegated tasks and assignments from senior staff

Work directly with clients and senior staff, and lead client communications, as appropriate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Participating in client and creative team meetings

Virtual research attendance and recaps

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward a goal

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote

Manage time and responsibilities in an often fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4+ years of media relations experience; large agency experience is a plus.

Experience engaging with and presenting to mid-to senior-level clients.

Have a strong interest in multicultural programming; experience is a plus.

Experience successfully managing simultaneous work streams (both planning and execution).

Excellent writing and editorial skills for media-facing materials and content for clients.

Regularly secure new opportunities and relationships that will benefit clients

At least one full year of PR internship experience

1-2 years of relevant work experience

Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Regularly pursue and secure new opportunities, relationships, and meaningful media placements

Exhibit strong communication and seasoned writing skills

At least six months of prior public relations internship experience in the lifestyle and/or fashion field.

Ability to assist on managing several accounts

Research and pitch ideas to target media

Be detail oriented and able to multitask in a well-organized manner

Develop and distribute press releases on behalf of clients to secure press for VIP placements

Contribute to the management of global events calendar

1+ years of experience in events or public relations role

Proficient MS Office user and photoshop or illustrator knowledge

Experience building and executing PR strategy

Experience coordinating events and travel arrangements

Experience working directly with editors and influencers at events, office visits and miscellaneous meetings
