5+ years of work experience in Product Management on teams building software products

Fill all product management needs on the team, be comfortable in the trenches

Ensure engineering has fully scoped work with clear requirements

Fintech or accounting experience a plus

Experience launching products and features 0->1, triaging bugs during pilots, and funneling user feedback to the design and engineering teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting

• Experience doing sourcing the majority of your deals through outbound sales

who can own various responsibilities, from lead generation all the way to deal close

• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices

• Experience working in a high-velocity sales cycle ($20-$60K ACV, 2-3 months sales cycle)

Salary Range: $160k - $220k

Comfortable in partnering with cofounders

Strong in interaction design, visual design and customer research, ideally in this order

The role is hybrid with an expectation of going into the office a few days a week.

The comp range is 150K-210K, equity up to 1%.

Manage and lead a diverse team of scientists to build a next-generation bispecifics platforms to address a wide-range of diseases

PhD in a life sciences discipline and/or 2-3 years of industry experience

Experience with biologic modalities and protein engineering methods

Deep knowledge of antibodies and immunology

Experience in protein expression assays and humanization models

Experience managing & mentoring colleagues to successfully achieve objectives under tight timelines and with changing priorities
