Overview Employee Relations Business Partners are responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment. They also provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary action, grievances, and labor relations. Detailed Job Description Employee Relations Business Partners are responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment. They also provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary action, grievances, and labor relations. They must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and have the ability to build relationships with employees and management. They must be able to identify and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of performance management and disciplinary action
• Knowledge of grievance procedures
• Knowledge of employee relations strategies and best practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations
• Experience in developing and implementing employee relations strategies
• Experience in resolving employee relations issues
Job Responsibilities
• Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Identify and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
