Director Of Communications Internal Relations Jobs

Analyze and prepare recommendations for management on communications, programs, events, sponsorships, and media opportunities including creating and executing customer engagement plans

Act as back-up to Manager of Communications

Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Prioritize, schedule, track and complete communications and customer engagement projects in a timely manner

Manage a team of fulltime staff and be accountable for guiding team contributions to organizational objectives and their professional development objectives.

Actively manage team budget, evaluating results and developing corrective strategies as needed, and provide input to departmental budget process.

Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience preferred.

Master’s degree or extensive professional experience.

Experience developing communication and engagement strategies and evaluating effectiveness of communications.

Senior level experience in communications field.

7-10 years of experience with external communications; biotech/pharmaceutical product public relations background a plus

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Collaborator; experience developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple priorities at once

Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills

Facilitate the development of materials, including internal review processes

Bachelor's degree in communications, business management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Lead the Function. Develop and manage communications platforms, editorial calendars, digital platforms, associate town hall meetings, and the publication of metrics.

15+ more years of comparable experience, preferably in a high-technology environment

Experience developing the internal communications/engagement strategy for a global company

Exceptional communication and influencing skills include the ability to distill complex concepts into readily consumable information.

Experienced and trained in change management, with a track record of helping organizations lead employees through rapid change.

6+ years communications experience; 1+ years working in-house within a technology company

An experienced and beloved consultant to team members, meet deadlines, drive results and deliver creative solutions in an evolving communications landscape.

Organized and detail oriented project manager and communication planner.

Deliver essential Roblox stories through our internal platforms (including Slack and Confluence).

Report to Director, Corporate Communications

Strong leadership and people management skills

Minimum 7 years of recent relevant experience

Experience in healthcare industry preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism and/or Communications

Possesses exceptional technical writing skills in both short and long form

Strong verbal, written, and interdepartmental communication skills

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills with knowledge of AP style

A BA/BS in communications, marketing, journalism, or equivalent working experience 

8-10 years’ experience in a corporate communications role with internal communications experience

Demonstrated experience developing and executing internal communications strategies

Experience counseling and advising C-suite and executive management.

Excellent interpersonal, organization, leadership, and project management skills.

Oversee management of IS intranet properties, and other communications platforms, while continuously looking for innovative delivery methods to improve effectiveness.

At least 8 years of communication experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communication strategies.

Previous global communications experience is required.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to understand and distill technical information, be concise, and capture interest.
