Creative Executive Assistant Jobs

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Executive Creative

 Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including art

 Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the effective utilization of

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements

copywriting, multimedia content, and user experiences.

Strong Graphic design skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc.

Proven work experience in social media, including experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Photography & Editing Skills, video skills a plus

Work experience as a Creative Assistant or Marketing Assistant is a plus

MailChimp, WordPress experience a plus

7+ years of experience supporting senior management (Head Ofs, VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs)

Excellent PC skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook tools, & Airtable

Manage all administrative support functions for this office

3 days in office; 2 days remote

Assist in managing the project submission process and upkeep of submission logs

Support the Co-Head in all department-related and series-related projects, internal and external requests and special team initiatives

-Exceptional computer skills in Office Suite.

-Knowledge of the latest social media trends

-Knowledge of analytical and SEO tools

-Prepare and maintain a detailed calendar of all Faith creative projects.

-Assist in developing strategies for various projects.

-Assist Creative Director in daily operations.

Strong leadership and management skills, with a consistent record of leading and developing impactful teams.

Lead the team driving the creative aspects of our events, including booth design, signage, and other onsite experiences.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform and evolve the Creative team services offerings.

15+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within a B2B technology or software company.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Manage Panel Built’s social media accounts. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Prepare content for internal use such as newsletters, emails, and flyers.

Maintain updated records of videos, images, and guides

Write copy for created promotional material

Create project and advertising videos

Concept and design rich, responsive digital experiences

Develop information architecture and user experience flows or diagrams

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Animation / motion design skills

Working knowledge of CSS, HTML or Javascript

Conceptualize digital ideas that communicate the client's needs and values

Communicate your ideas to clients of all levels with clarity, strategic insight, and passion.

You will champion proactive thinking, bringing innovative ideas because you know not every opportunity lives within the brief.

Solving and navigating any hurdles, coaching teams, and providing oversight and leadership to deliver against client and business goals.

Excellent copywriting skills for engaging social media contents.

Creating marketing materials including but not limited to: social media posts, social media advertisements, and Kickstarter campaign.

Analyzing and optimizing social media engagements to seek the accurate targeting message for targeting audiences to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Providing insights on product improvements based on social media feedbacks.

Currently pursuing or a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.

Proficiency in Photoshop, XD, Canva related creative softwares.
