Job Title: Creative Assistant

Position Status: Full-time

Reports to: Creative Director

Position Summary: The Creative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Creative Director in all areas of marketing and communications. This highly capable team member is creative, resourceful, and extremely organized, and helps keep the many creative projects at Faith on-task and on-time.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

-Prepare and maintain a detailed calendar of all Faith creative projects.

-Assist in developing strategies for various projects.

-Assist Creative Director in daily operations.

-Assist in the development of engaging content for both internal and external use.

-Support Creative Team on digital design projects.

-Compile and produce weekly web and app updates.

-Coordinate projects with outside vendors and ensure timely completion.

-Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills and Requirements:

-Must attend Faith as church home.

-Extremely organized.

-Exceptional computer skills in Office Suite.

-Competency in Adobe Creative Suite.

-Knowledge of the latest social media trends

-Knowledge of analytical and SEO tools

-Basic copywriting skills

-Flexible schedule.

-Able to maintain confidential information.

-May stand for long periods of time.
