2 years of Ambulatory Care experience

Project Management (PM) Certification highly desirable.

8+ years of relevant experience with projects management principles and practices (including 2+ years of line management experience; 5+ preferred).

Manages new proposal and partnership development for justice and workforce development programs.

Demonstrated strategic planning, staff development and capacity building experience.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects.

Experience working in a non-governmental organization (NGO).

Proven experience in production and procurement management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of production and procurement processes, including production planning, inventory management, and supplier management.

Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities

The completion of a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP preferred

Act as a liaison and ambassador for Compass Health Network to and between the agency and School Districts

Assist client/family in the development of the Wellness Plan

Assist the family with accessing, locating and arranging services and resources to assist in achieving their goals

Assist client/family in developing natural support systems including work with family members, school staff, legal guardians, etc.

Sharing and reflecting on your fellowship experience with the Translational Science Health Equity Fellow

The Fellowship will begin on July 24th 2023 and will run for six months

A $50,000 stipend for the six-month fellowship (disbursed at $8,333/month for 6 months)

Dedicated time to explore and launch your community health tech project

Advising, support and partnership from our Equity Innovation Lead as well as Hopelab team members (research, design, and strategy)

Access to our professional networks of leaders in the digital and social innovation and youth co-design space

Sharing and reflecting on your fellowship experience with the Translational Science Health Equity Fellow

Author and manage technical reports, deviations, lab investigations, CAPA and change control documents.

6 to 8 years of experience in a GMP environment in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

Experience in Bioassay within cell culture matrix method development and method validation is a plus

Creates, revises, and reviews procedures, work instructions and risk assessments as needed

Support method transfer and validation, including authoring of protocols and reports

Support internal and external audits

10-15 years’ experience in provider relations, network development, management and optimization role for IPA or capitated health system preferred

Experience in leading and organizing provider contracting and network development teams, including understanding of different staffing and management models preferred

3-5 years’ experience in value based contracting and performance management for providers in a value based contract

Lead consulting engagements, assuming responsibility for contract deliverables, project resourcing and budget management

Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge

Maintain deep, expert understanding of our firm's service lines/offerings and differentiating factors of main competitors

Oregon Administrative Rules: Knowledge and experience interpreting complex rules

This position is a management service supervisory position and is not represented by a union.

Long Term Care settings: Demonstrated experience in LTC settings, whether in a leadership or administrative role.

Research: Experience with triaging and investigating complaints

Communication: Strong communication skills: listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal with an emphasis on conflict resolution, team building, and employee recognition.

Supervise the inspection, coordination with, and monitoring of Community Based Care facilities to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and investigate complaints.

Monitors and promotes effective utilization of healthcare resources through clinical variance and benefits management

Participate in meetings with providers to inform them of Care Management services and benefits available to members

Knowledge of local, state & federal healthcare laws and regulations & all company policies regarding case management practices

Knowledge of and adherence to Case Management Society of America (CMSA) standards for case management practice

Strong organizational and time management skills

Case Management Certification is highly preferred
