Athletic Program Asst Director Jobs

Excellent administrative and financial management skills.

Oversee the athletic department capital planning process, project implementation and management, and facilities and event operations.

Manage internal and external teams responsible for implementation of the marketing strategy and vision

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Facebook Ad Manager

Experience reviewing and making recommendations regarding optimization of ROAS / ROI, CAC, Conversion, and other revenue driving / acquisition KPIs

8+ years of experience in Marketing / Performance, with a proven track record of growing awareness, consideration, and sales

Strong written and communication skills

Develop the plan for sideline/bench management during athletic contests

Coordinate athletic transportation needs with the Student Logistics Manager

Serve as Athletic Department liaison to Computer Services and Education Technology Committee

Manage the maintenance of all athletic facilities, both on-campus and off-campus

Manage the daily athletic transportation schedule

Manage ticketing procedures and reporting for all regular season and playoff contests

Designate or contract a qualified individual to manage the operations of Sports Information

Demonstrate excellent/strong organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with students and staff.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (may include but are not limited too):

As necessary, manage the determination of cancellation and rescheduling of athletic events

Assist in supervision at home athletic contests.

Work with other school administrators to assure student athletes are academically eligible for a given sport at Varsity/JV level

Prepare an annual master budget and allocate spending on items like coach’s salaries, team travel, equipment purchases, and facility upkeep.

Maintain and supervise inventories for all equipment and supplies

Secure and file the paperwork for equipment lease requests involving the athletic department.

KS Hawaii - Responsible for oversight and management of the aquatics program, staff, and facility.

Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

Experience managing, mentoring and directing a large staff.

Knowledge of National Federal High School Sports Rules, BIIF/MIL Policies and Procedures and HHSAA Policies and Procedures.

Responsible for the management and operation of all college intramural and club sports.

Rate of Pay: Commensurate with education and experience

Manages the NWACC Fitness Center in all aspects including staffing, safety, usage, maintenance, etc.

Contributes to the overall success of the athletics program by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Demonstrated knowledge of NJCAA rules and Title IX regulations governing recruitment, player eligibility, and related functions.

Knowledge of college and community resources.

Possess 3-5 years of experience in athletic leadership and management, preferred.

Camp management: Responsible for approval or any athletic camp held at TCHS.

Oversee, manage, and evaluate coaches and assistant coaches in all sports programs.

Ensure that all coaches meet school, diocesan, and FHSAA requirements for employment.

Have experience coaching at the high school or collegiate level, preferred.

Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.

Administrative and/or coaching experience preferred

Assist in supervision at home athletic contests.

Maintain files on all coaching staff ensuring they have met all coaching requirements.

Competency in computer applications (e-mail, Google Calendar, etc.)

Ability to develop, organize, and implement programs

Establish procedures for equipment and uniform inventories and replacement schedules.

Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.

Three years of experience using Catapult Thunder or DV Sport.

One year of professional experience using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.

Prefer demonstration of highlight videos and/or film breakdown.
