Have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

Have previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Understand your business unit’s objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates

Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires

Excellent time management skills, flexibility and willingness to support multiple functional areas, adapts easy to change.

3+ years High volume recruiting experience required

Sets and manages realistic expectations with hiring managers, while meeting and exceeding recruiting benchmarks and metrics

Engages with candidates as a single point of contact through the recruitment process, promoting a positive candidate experience

Build and foster relationships with other members of the recruitment team, as well as hiring managers and organization leadership.

Workday ATS navigation experience required

Manage a high volume of requisitions in an organized manner

Guide candidates through the interview process to an offer stage

2-3 years of previous full cycle recruiting experience preferred

Experience recruiting for corporate and technical roles required

Prior experience managing a high volume of requisitions at one time

Strong candidate sourcing experience required

Knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements

Acquires knowledge of the City’s various recruiting tools to increase productivity

Excellent planning and execution skills with desire to proactively accomplish objectives

Administrative skills with ability to maintain high level of output while preserving accuracy and attention to detail

Analytical and assessment skills required to discern candidates’ functional and cultural fit

Exceptionally strong customer service skills

Work with leadership to develop an understanding of the job duties, responsibilities and required/desired skills

1-3 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced corporate or staffing agency environment

Ability to manage a consistent req load across multiple IT business units

Highly organized and can effectively self-manage

Generate technical candidate flow through high volume sourcing activities

Conduct interviews with candidates to ensure both a technical and team fit

Experience with candidate-side tech recruiting or sourcing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to self-motivate and manage to a clear set of goals

1-3 years of recruiting experience.

Full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume productive environment.

Recruiting experience should include hiring IT or technical talent

Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.

Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail is a must
