Title: CITY CARRIER ASSISTANT (CCA)

Support the Social Media Team Manager in providing social media consultation for corporate partner campaigns in support of the Foundation

Assist the Social Media Team Manager in building relationships with social media influencers including blogger outreach

1-2 years of professional experience in social media, preferably for a nonprofit or consumer-facing brand

Knowledge of digital marketing generally and web traffic metrics specifically

Strong communication skills – copywriting and copy editing, written and verbal, internally and externally

Ability to relate at all levels across the organization; experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams

5+ years of experience in an engineering role related to DFMA, product optimization, manufacturing process or equipment development

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experienced working within 2D & 3D CAD environments and various engineering tools

Conduct DFMA studies at a part, assembly, and system level to provide design feedback

Lead static and kinematic studies to simulate assembly and equipment interactions

Drive content reduction, assembly simplification, and build-in-quality

Specialized skill and understanding of construction management process, including knowledge of construction procedures, materials and timelines

Project management experience strongly preferred

Conflict resolution and conflict management experience

Provide beginning-to-end training, management and support to our franchise partners through the real estate procurement and development processes to doors open

Maintain detailed accurate records for each project in Xponential project management software(s), ensuring documentation integrity across all projects

Excellent time management and self-management, highly organized

Lead the development, implementation and continual enhancement of the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.

Identifies and leverages EHS best practices and manages through the Safety and Environmental Pillars of World Class Operations Management (WCOM).

Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and execute projects.

Evaluate new materials and material use to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote a safe work environment and protect the environment.

Provide training and information necessary to ensure responsible personnel are aware of corporate and governmental EHS regulations and requirements.

Has demonstrated experience in process improvement, problem solving and root cause analysis

Manages the internal audit lifecycle including but not limited to planning, execution, reporting, managing response, and following up on commitments/capabilities.

Coordinates with Human Resources and management in a timely manner on all employee relations matters.

Performs other duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

Minimum five (5) years in a leadership/management role required.

Develops, implements, and manages a “secret shopper program” to audit outgoing product quality.

Hires, manages, develops, reviews, and sets goals for department and staff.

Exceptional time management skills and interpersonal relations.

In-depth knowledge of analytics software, and content management systems such as Canva, Hubspot, Hootsuite, CRMs, and other relevant tech platforms.

Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.

Advises management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.

Creates and maintains records for electrical loads centers, equipment, and devices. Provides feedback to upper management.

Completed certification of electrical apprenticeship and work experience in the electrical trade.

Maintains current knowledge on laws and regulations of National Electrical Code (NEC) and Title 24.

Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a commercial, industrial, and residential electrical environment.

Performs basic road repair and maintenance tasks; reports safety hazards and traffic problems.

Does facility housekeeping and maintenance.

Prepares reports and maintains records.

Responds to emergencies as directed and performs tasks in the interest of public safety and property protection during emergencies.

This position is a Grade 2 and has a Salary Range of:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in quality assurance/quality control; experience in a medical device industry preferred.

Performs incoming receiving goods inspection.

Conducts raw material testing to ensure product quality.

Performs return material/product inspection (RMA).
