Top-skilled position responsible for safely maintaining machinery and/or facilities.

1st Shift (Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

May operate forklift, man-lift, welders, torches, powered and unpowered hand tools, and other similar equipment.

Instructs others on work instructions and specific techniques and may directly coordinate the work of others.

Inspects for quality, defects, and deviations from specifications.

May require the successful completion of specific education, training, or certifications.

2nd Shift (Mon - Thurs 3:00 pm - 1:20 am)

Monitors for unsatisfactory quality or unusual operating conditions and alerts appropriate Supervisor.

Work is generally concentrated on similar machines and processes and operations.

May assemble, pack and/or package a wide variety of products or materials.

Familiar with visual management tools (hour-by-hour board)

Work alongside the Production Manager and Maintenance Manager/ Plant Manager on new initiatives specific to hour-by-hour boards and machinery center lining

Prior experience in the food or manufacturing industries

Strong experience with Microsoft Platforms including Excel

Drive production-focused projects such as center lining, machining, and hour-by-hour board implementation

Ensure start-to-finish approach, sustainability, and auditing practices

Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to solve problems by adapting knowledge and experience.

Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of HACCP and FDA.

Installs, programs, integrates, troubleshoots, and repairs control, instrumentation, and automation systems for plant production and processing equipment.

Works with robotic equipment such as CNCs, PLCs, robot controllers, positioning systems, vision systems, automated fixture devices, and parts orientors/feeders.

May be responsible for equipment upgrades and process improvements.

Instructs others on work instructions and specific techniques.

Sort pallets into groups (repairable vs non-repairable).

Add boards or stringers to repairable pallets using tools.

Run associated pallet repair equipment.

Arrange all pallets in neat, orderly stacks.

Assist with label line work, rework, and general labor projects.

Comply with all safety rules and regulations.

This role works a non-traditional schedule with hours outside of a typical 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

A common on-call schedule would be 5:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. with 7 days on and 7 days off

One or more years of security guard or equivalent experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, overtime over 40 hours

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm - NO Weekends!

Assist customers with loading and unloading of equipment

Operate various types of equipment and move equipment and supplies around the yard as directed

Must be 18 years old

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Skills, Requirements and Experience Considered

Matriculating in bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

Familiarity with C# ASP.NET, Java or Python, or comparable software development toolset

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML and jQuery Web services (SOAP and REST)

Develop quality software and web applications

Monitor the completeness and accuracy of student data in the Reading Corps or Math Corps online data management systems

Bachelor’s degree and licensure in education, educational psychology, special education or a related field or equivalent experience

Knowledge of and experience in working within Multi-tiered Systems of Support or other data-based decision-making models to support students.
