Salary Range


Dependent Upon Qualifications


$58,256.71 - $70,521.28

Position Summary


This position provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination and serving as an integral member of our substance use treatment team. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and demands a creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with Court Services, Social Services, chemical health providers, mental health providers, schools, managed care and various other community resources.


Minimum Qualifications


  • MN LADC licensure
  • At least five years' experience in the field of substance use disorders
  • Rule 25 certification
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
  • One-year supervisory experience
