Supervise care management teams and provide appropriate clinical and administrative recommendation.

Coordinate prompt assignments of consumers to care managers and ensure appropriate contact.

Responsible for on-site consulting with Office Coordinator, Program Manager, and Care Managers as needed or assigned.

Must be able to pass required Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training and pass recertification on an annual basis.

Participate in the planning and execution of educational, recreational, and personal enrichment activities.

Manage the peer group, understand peer group dynamics, promote, and maintain a positive peer group culture.

Support medical issues, student educational/vocational needs, casework, clinical appointments, etc.

Prior experience working in a group home required.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain required documentation.

Conduct and participate in team, leadership, and performance meetings in accordance with policy/procedure; lead weekly youth group meetings.

Keep staff informed of significant behavioral conditions known about an individual and/or the group.

Transport and escort youth in everyday and emergency situations.

Performs other tasks as assigned.

As the Adult and Youth Case Management Supervisor ,other duties will include:

Demonstrate your experience working with diverse vulnerable populations; and

Initial review of minimum qualifications

Provide information, technical assistance and professional consultation for staff assist and advise them with complex and difficult issues

Manual dexterity of hands/fingers for writing and data entry.

Provides excellent internal and external customer service assistance, providing knowledgeable and appropriate information to customers in planning programs and events.

Work with staff to manage and schedule youth recreational programming, in conjunction with other events and activities.

Assist as needed in planning, staffing special events/activities, in collaboration with the Adult & Family Recreation Manager/Wellness Services team.

Excellent public relation and customer service skills.

Serves as Manager on Duty as requested by Boys & Girls Club Manager.

Provide supervisory oversight and management of school-based staff and model to ensure alignment with school based operations manual.

Minimum two years of supervisory experience

Must have strong clinical skills and a willingness to learn

Motivation and strong social skills to build healthy relationships with our clients and partners

Develop programming and community partnerships to support the school system, youth and administration

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students in a school setting as needed

Leadership experience and a passion to help others work diligently and stay safe!

Youth Supervisor has work experience in the field of agriculture.

5:30am – 3:30pm Monday through Saturday - It's a 6-day/week schedule!

Schedule may vary due to harvest logistics, weather, and fruit maturity.

Estimated to start June and end approximately late-August.

Assist supervisor with instruction, training, and supervision of youth in designated areas.
