Youth Services Coordinator Jobs in Utah

Strong computer skills; familiarity with database systems; experience with CRMs a plus

Working closely with other program staff and working within safety criteria, plan and manage weekend events that actively foster adult-teen relationships

Manage transportation to events for all youth;

Use events to introduce youth to new experiences,

Be knowledgeable of other youth serving programs and resources

Are able to effectively manage a robust set of work activities and deadlines

Creates the structure of the afterschool program based on state and grant standards.

Develops curriculum, activities, clubs, and events that align with the school's core subjects.

Oversees temporary staff, includes hiring, orienting, training, and assigning work.

Creates and maintains collaborative partnerships with community organizations.

Works closely with host school administration; attends faculty and team meetings.

Participates in activities as requested by school administration and the division.

9. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.

4. One (1) year of practical supervisory experience.
