●Position is a 1099 (independent contractor) paid position and offers no benefits

●Created and managed a clothing pantry for migrant men, women and children – 1,800 served to date.

●Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills

●Excellent written and verbal communications skills

●Excellent administrative skills (including scheduling, record keeping, data recording, etc.)

●Experience and/or comfort managing social media communications

5+ years of experience in community management, business development, or related field

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and manage any disputes or conflicts that may arise between members

Manage the membership process, including reviewing applications and approving new members

Experience managing an active community daily, on group community platforms, like Slack, Circle, Discord, Reddit

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
