Youth Development Coordinator Grade 17 Jobs

Must have at least 1 year Acute Care/Nursing Experience.

Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

ACLS, PALS, or BLS, Non- Restricted RN or LPN License.

Knowledge of and experience applying theories, principles, and practices common in the field of recreation and positive youth development.

Successful Principal Administrative Aide candidates will have experience and demonstrated abilities in:

Having the ability to perform and manage multiple, detailed tasks and activities

Effective organizational skills including the ability to schedule and coordinate trainings and other meetings for staff and participants

Experience planning, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases as well as generating/preparing accurate and concise reports.

Attends staff meetings, trainings, and obtains/maintains proper certifications; collaborates with co-workers; accessible by phone or email during shift.

Prepares and distributes program packets when applicable; communicates program information to parents and youth both regularly and as-needed through various sources.

Maintains logs for vehicle mileage and program equipment/supplies, reporting concerns of damage, maintenance, and/or repairs needed to supervisor.

Participates in the development of and/or recommends new policies and procedures to enforce and/or revise program activities, goals, and objectives.

Provides assistance in meal preparation and transportation of participants when needed.

Education and/or experience in financial planning and management.

Skills in the application of technology for communication, information finding, program delivery and reporting.

Experience with recruiting, completing pre-hire processes and/or onboarding of employees.

Evidence of strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in a subject/discipline relevant to the responsibilities of this position is strongly preferred.
