High School diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of experience.

Work with HR teams on policy audits, change management for system updates.

Work closely with HR and managers on training needs, enhancement requests, new hire orientation training improvements.

Experienced with business process reviews, documentation and improvements through automation, system enhancements.

3 years+ of Kronos/ UKG systems experience with reporting, configuration, and administration of the system.

Advance knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping system and leave administration a plus

Hands on experience with SQL queries, SSRS, My SQL, Tableau and other reporting/ integration tools.
