Workforce Development Facilitator Jobs in Texas

Assisting in the pursuit of grants and in the production of grant reports for workforce, education, and talent initiatives.

Have experience working with HubSpot, EMSI software, Lightcast, HWOL software, Nepris/Pathful platform, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Supporting OA advocacy/government relations activity on local, regional, state, and federal workforce and labor policies and programs.

Be able to travel 25% of the time, primarily within Texas and other travel, as needed.

Demonstrates Knowledge of Data Management and Systems

Possesses the functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform the job with a high level of accomplishment

Committed to continuous improvement through management by data

Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, sociology, psychology, business or related discipline is required.

Prior experience working with teens in a Boys & Girls Club, or a similar out-of-school time environment, is preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
