Researching partnership opportunities: You would identify potential partnership sources, including government, educational, and private foundation programs.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to create a pipeline of entry-level talent.

Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships with educational institutions, community leaders, government bodies.

Knowledge of the Aerospace, Aviation and MRO industries is preferred

Knowledge of early-career talent development programs, including mentoring, training, and career development initiatives, preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

You will support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills.

You have at least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership

You have working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.

You are able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment

You will recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools.

You will conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content.

Specialization in Reading and Math content and/or relevant topics related to education

Experience working with Title I students a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Active and valid teaching certificate preferred

Flexibility with workshop scheduling, location (weekdays, weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends), and delivery (webinars, coaching, workshops)

Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers & parents

Management experience - you know the job because you’ve done it yourself

Curriculum and program design experience, specifically designing Manager and Leadership programs for tech audiences

Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives

This person will design learning experiences, facilitate workshops and offsites

Facilitate learning experiences with innovation and creativity at the forefront
