Preferred Qualifications: - Experience as a Medical Surgical, Medical Telemetry, or Cardio Pulmonary RN

One (1) to two year of bedside nursing experience on an adult acute care unit - Basic Life Support (BLS)

Approve/Deny agent surplus and manage Overtime decisions.

Minimum 3 years WFM Real Time work or Call Center Product or New Hire SME/In-Charge/Special Project experience preferred.

Genesys experience related to both the call routing and WFM tools preferred.

Genesys and/or NICE WFM scheduling software experience.

Strong written and verbal skills

Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of senior leadership experience overseeing healthcare finance and accounting functions.

Background in leading business and strategic planning, organizational development/reorganization, productivity improvement and cost management.

Executive, Financial, Professional and Managerial, Supervisory / Management

Advanced knowledge of clinical, financial, and business information technology software, hardware, tools, techniques, and systems.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
