Job Description

Overview:

  • The Manager, Operations Command Center is a customer-centric, top talent individual that will take ownership of managing a 24/7 Operations Command Center providing remote technical support to mobile operators for photo enforcement systems deployed in Work Zones throughout North America.
  • The Manager, Operations Command Center will partner with the Director of Field Services to optimize the use of internal and 3rd party resources, ensuring fulfillment of operational goals that adhere to schedules and allocated resources, ensuring high levels of deployment execution and quality, and continuously leveraging ways to increase efficiency.
  • This position will maintain compliance with established standards and utilize operations metrics to make informed business decisions and continuously improve processes and engagement with Field Leadership and external customers.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated business process engineering/re-engineering experience using Six Sigma, Lean or other formal process improvement methodology
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, field services, logistics, supply chain, technical support, or related field
  • Data analysis experience exemplary problem-solving abilities and show initiative to get ahead of potential out-of-compliance processes
  • BS/BA degree required
  • 3+ years of effective people leadership, including demonstrated skills ranging from work direction, motivation, coaching/feedback, and developing assigned staff with the expected outcome of a consistently positive client experience and SLA attainment
