A Workday HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for providing functional expertise and guidance to clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. The Functional Consultant is expected to have a deep understanding of the Workday HCM product suite and be able to apply that knowledge to customer requirements.
