Work you'll do

As a Workday HCM Manager, you will:

• Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
• Develop strategic plans and solutions
• Keep consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
• Utilize your superior communications skills (written and verbal) to communicate Workday capabilities to clients
• Foster relationships with all team members

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Experience with at least leading 1 full life cycle Workday HCM implementations
• 6+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm, or 10+ years of functional experience in the specific area of HCM Workday modules

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the HR function and processes or relevant academic coursework / professional certification programs
• Functional knowledge in particular area of HCM
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
• Workday certification not required but strongly desired
