System Center Orchestrator, BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM)

This position is primarily remote/work from home.

3 or more years of Systems Engineering experience

IT Application Support Specialist (Windows / Azure / VMWare)

The Informatics Customer Service team troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, including but not limited to:

Knowledge and experience with Argo Data software is a nice to have.

Working knowledge of USB and network attached peripheral devices on Windows 10 workstation would be a bonus.

Working experience with unattended installation and repave in production environments.

Working knowledge of network load balancing and its implementation.

Knowledge of CICD pipelines like Jenkins etc.

Develop and implement business solutions using PowerShell, VBScripts, Terraform and MS Sql2019

- Identify environmental issues and participate in the problem management process

- Perform drift management against core applications

- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System

- Prior knowledge of VMware and Citrix

- Intermediate Knowledge of MS Exchange/Messaging applications, including but not limited to: Office365 suite, Zoom and Symphony

- Good report creation skills

Experience working on core MS Stack (AD, GPO, DFS, and Exchange)

Experience working on Azure and Office 365

Experience working on SCCM or Puppet

Experience working on, Docker, Terraform, and Serverless

Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), security, and optimization

Strong knowledge of MDM solutions, Mobile Iron, Intune, AirWatch etc

3+ years of System Administration experience

Experience with Virtualization Software such as VMware or Hyper-V

Experience with managing the monthly Microsoft patch cycle

Experience managing vendor support tickets

Deploy enterprise hardware and software

Ensure the security and stability of networks
