Provides crisis management to clients and community members

Two (2) years of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.

Manages walk-ins from both clients and community members

Manage and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Associate's Degree, or equivalent education, from an accredited college or university preferred.

Principles and practices of program administration and management;

Services and benefits available to older adults and adults with disabilities.

Developing relationships with referral sources and provide education and outreach regarding AAA services;

Conduct analysis of client needs and implement person-centered individualized referrals.

Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Being responsible for coordinating referral processes into the applicable ADRC programs and updating staff, forms, and documentation as needed;
