Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions and familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years of experience in retail operations, account management or similar field

Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, superb project management skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Lead management of Purchase Orders from retailers track and report weekly order levels to ensure forecast alignment.

Manage the execution of the process for new door opening.

Strong verbal and written inter-personal communication skill

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes

·Must have EDI knowledge and experience handling various transaction types (810, 832, 850, 855,856, 860, 997)

·AMT software/ERP experience preferred, Or similar.

·Apparel experience preferred (or equivalent industry experience)

·Experience shipping to both factored and non-factored accounts.

·Experience working with both inside and outside sales reps.

·Working knowledge of work orders (packing, labeling, ticketing, polybags ect).

4+ years’ experience in account management, online retail or sales planning

Strong negotiation skills with experience growing partnerships.

Partner with VP of Wholesale and Finance to provide weekly shipping forecasts.

Using strong business acumen and retail math abilities drive the top and bottom-line number for the account base.

Manage all credit claims and issues to resolution.

Manage, track and resolve all customer compliance issues regarding freight claims, charge-backs and shipping violations.

Create Shipping Analysis daily for the dedicated brand to keep the Sales Manager and Sales Administration abreast of shipping status.

Excellent organizational and multi-talking skills adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy

Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred: Knowledge of SAP system

Preferred: Knowledge of Ticketing systems

At least 3-5 years of experience in the field

Build a GTM plan that identifies the business requirements essential for a scalable, sustainable business, including capabilities, expertise, relationships,

Experience in children’s toys a benefit

Manage and evolve key relationships with major retailers; identify opportunities for channel expansion and increased market share.

15+ years’ experience in a leadership role in Publishing and/or Goods.

Experience with building business on key brick & mortar retailers

Experience with building business on Amazon, Target.com and Walmart.com

Superior personnel management, delegation, motivational, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively manage team in hybrid/remote work environments.

High level project management and negotiating skills.

Successfully manages and leads the SAC team. Maintains responsibility for employees' career development, performance evaluation, and hiring activities.

Expert accounting and financial analysis skills.

Strong negotiating skills for vendor contracts, SAC wholesale loan contracts, and loan default workouts.

Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
