Work from mid-January to mid-April averaging 25 - 35 hours a week (OT if you want that!)

You are an Enrolled Agent, CPA or Practicing Attorney with an active PTIN#

You avoid tax jargon and answer customers' tax preparation questions using language they understand.

Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

Possesses excellent customer service skills

Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect

Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures

Promotes credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions

May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.

Other special projects as assigned by location management.

One year of related experience with cash handling.

Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.

Verify the “bank” of cash provided for change and necessary supplies at the start of each shift.

Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.

Ability to think critically and demonstrated time-management skills.

Applies cash handling procedures, asset protection policies and requirements to daily routines. Accounts for any over or under at closings.

Retail experience helpful, customer service experience preferred.

Must have good presentation and public speaking skills.

Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Communicates clearly and in a friendly manner.
