Vendor management skills and experience

Project management skills – Development and management of KPIs, budgets

Manage US marketing budget and align with Finance colleagues

Manage all vendor relationships supporting US marketing activities

At least 12 years of progressive US-based sales and marketing leadership experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical sales and marketing environment

Experience with orphan or rare disease is highly desired

Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.

Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL).

Ability to measure solder pot requirements based on the chemistry contents of the machine and add necessary metals as required.

Assure that all processes are signed off to their proper designations related to the work center requirements.

Knowledge of machine maintenance per manufacturers guidelines.

1-year experience in an electronic manufacturing environment preferred utilizing similar equipment.

Knowledge of different wireless communication systems (e.g., 5G nR, LTE, etc.), and excellent board-level and firmware debug skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Radio Frequency or Electromagnetism, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience designing RF solutions for consumer electronics.

Experience with board design, board bring-up, desense mitigation, factory processes, and manufacturing.

Experience using RF equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and communication test boxes).

Knowledge of RF software tools (e.g., Advanced Design System (ADS) and High-frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS)).
