Preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineer degree or relevant technical experience (Experience in engineering is a plus!)

5+ years of experience leading teams and managing others in an industrial manufacturing environment

Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Excellent communication skills (being bilingual is a plus)

Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean manufacturing

Strong planning, analytical and troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment
