The Wastewater Plant Manager is responsible for:

• Developing and implementing operational plans and procedures for the plant
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the plant’s equipment and systems
• Supervising and training staff
• Monitoring the plant’s performance and making necessary adjustments
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the plant’s efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensuring the safety of the plant’s personnel and the public
• Maintaining records and preparing reports
