Ability to learn and use case management software, Microsoft Office Suite

Graduate degree and other state licensure plus 5 years of relevant lived or work experience.

Experience working with student supports and/or legal services

Assist HRI team to assess undocumented and DACAmented student needs and identify possible remedies

Master’s in Social Work. LICSW plus 3 years of work in social work, counseling, or related human-service field; or

Ability to work with a diverse client population, to use cultural humility and to use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and battery change station

Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments

Mechanically use a forklift, pallet jacks, or order- picker, using a full range of peripheral vision to operate such equipment safely

Place and/or pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse

Ensure that the wheels of all trucks being unloaded have their wheels chocked before unloading begins

Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations

Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus

Assist the Program Director and Group Leaders to oversee the implementation of policies and procedures at the Youth Center.

Inform the Program Director and Group Leaders of specific Youth Center member needs or concerns that are brought to their attention.

Provide a safe, structured, and stimulating environment for Youth Center members and volunteers.

Attend and participate fully in staff meetings, planning sessions, other meetings, staff development and training programs and activities as directed.

Be a positive role model to youth and develop meaningful relationships with Youth Center members.

Participates in professional growth and development activities and shares knowledge from continuing education programs with co-workers.

Uses effective service recovery skills to solve problems or service breakdowns when they occur.

Communicates effectively with others, respects diverse opinions and styles, acknowledges the assistance and contributions of others.

Manages work schedule efficiently, completing tasks and assignments on time.

Coordinates all work with the Manager and Charge Nurse.

Communicates appropriately and clearly to Manager, Charge Nurse, co-workers and physicians.

2-4 years experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in acute care preferred

1 year experience in an emergency department preferred

Assist patients/families with issues requiring intervention within the hospital and community.

Consult and collaborate with health care providers and other staff regarding patient care, problems and discharge planning.

Counsel, plan and implement discharge and post-hospital care with patients and families considering age specific needs.

Great pay! Pickup truck owners and vehicles using trailers will receive the higher part of our pay range up to $20/hour
