Warehouse Shipping Supervisor Jobs in Indiana

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management or an equivalent amount of experience

Schedule and manage shifts on a weekly basis to ensure appropriate staffing levels

Manage relationships with transportation service providers, manufacturers, suppliers, internal departments, and customers

Manage warehouse supplies to ensure all pallets, boxes, and other various supplies are ordered and stocked

Minimum 3 years of warehouse Supervisory experience

Experience managing daily workforce and hourly production team members by setting and enforcing policies with disciplinary actions when needed
