The Wahlburgers Lead job requires excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications for the job include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of restaurant experience, and a valid food handler's card. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is also required. Experience in a supervisory role is preferred. The Lead's responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff members are following safety and sanitation protocols, and providing excellent customer service. They are also responsible for training new staff members, monitoring food quality and presentation, and resolving customer complaints.
