A VMWare Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMware virtualization systems. They must have a strong understanding of VMware products, including vSphere, vCenter, and vCloud Director. They must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the virtualization system.

What is VMWare Systems Administrator Skills Required?

• Strong knowledge of VMware products, including vSphere, vCenter, and vCloud Director
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, KVM, and Xen
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What is VMWare Systems Administrator Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification
