They must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the virtualization system.

What is VMWare Systems Administrator Skills Required?

• Strong knowledge of VMware products, including vSphere, vCenter, and vCloud Director
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, KVM, and Xen
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
