1. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience for each advertising campaign.

Assists artists with all logistical details associated with concert touring, including creating itineraries and coordinating rehearsals, travel, hotels and visas

Creates and designs general correspondences, memos, and financial reports; tracks ticket sales with presenting organizations; updates company database (Overture)

Engage in interactive storytelling, games, and conversations that promote social skills and create lasting memories.

This role is compensated with an hourly wage between $22 and $30, commensurate with experience and performance.

Perform as various characters in virtual sessions with children and their families.

Collaborate with our creative team to prepare for performances and ensure the authenticity of your character portrayal.

Strong project management experience in an arts setting with a focus on operationalizing complex public programs, events, and installations.

Exceptional time-management and personal organization skills.

Conceives, co-develops, manages, and facilitates meaningful programs and initiatives that provide impactful experiences, attract new audiences, and engender critical conversations.

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in museum/cultural organization education, public engagement, or public programming.

Effectively manages artists, program partnerships, alumni networks, distribution lists, and other relationships related to programs.

Demonstrated experience working with artists of all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Previous experience as an artists' figure model.

Demonstrated experience in group or classroom activity.

Serve in the capacity of Artists' Figure Model, undraped (nude), for art classes and open studio sessions.

Responsible for timely arrival to class session as arranged by the Art Department faculty and/or staff.

Completes modeling session as required by the faculty member.

Completion of high school program or its equivalent.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
