Overview A Virtual Patient Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving patient accounts and ensuring that all payments are made in a timely manner. They are responsible for researching and resolving billing discrepancies, providing customer service to patients, and maintaining accurate records. Detailed Job Description The Virtual Patient Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving patient accounts and ensuring that all payments are made in a timely manner. They will be responsible for researching and resolving billing discrepancies, providing customer service to patients, and maintaining accurate records. The Virtual Patient Account Resolution Specialist will also be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties to ensure that all payments are received and processed correctly. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in medical billing and coding
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
