Responsibilities:
We are looking for a VIP Services Manager to join TEAMBLEAU! You will be empowered to manage, coordinate, and administer the daily operations of the VIP Services departments to ensure quality standards, services, and guest satisfaction.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Partner with other departments to quickly respond to customers’ requests.
  • Recommend and administer service standards.
  • Coordinate staffing and logistics for all major VIP requirements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of VIP Services operations.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor work as well as hiring, communicating, coaching staff, and building relationships.
  • Ensures that all customer complaints are resolved and expectations have been exceeded.
  • Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Schedule labor force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance by all VIP Services personnel with Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to build rapport with Team Member, Leaders, and vendors
  • Proven Hospitality experience in a high volume, fast paced luxury Resort is highly desirable
  • Displays a capacity for the development, training, and mentoring of associates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hotel service team in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Superior guest relations skills.
