Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

At least two years of marketing experience within a luxury sector, preferably travel

Strong communication (written and oral) skills

Improving and maintaining the quality of FROSCH preferred hotels and villas

Establishing and proactively engaging FROSCH customer segments and key internal departments to positively influence the portfolio’s performance

Analyzing and understanding customer demand and ensuring we have all resources needed to successfully meet that demand

Career growth and experience with an industry leader with 40+ years of history in a high-demand field

Manage the onboarding process for assigned applicants.

Keep manager informed of any changes or policies that may affect this division.

May also perform skilled administrative tasks to include:

Demonstrates empathy, maturity, and the ability to function as a member of a team; excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Intermediate to advanced computer skills including the ability to create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)

At least two years of account management experience, preferably within luxury travel

Understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management

As a Travel Relations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include

Ensuring competitiveness by improving and maintaining product quality, including rates, offer depth and inventory availability

Strong communication skills and an innate ability to engage people

Managing contracts of existing hotel and villa partnerships

One year experience in a customer/food service position. One year food service experience similar to St. Bernards Village preferred.

Must have the ability to read, write, take verbal instruction and perform basic arithmetic.

High school education or equivalent. Completion and licensed via a credible CNA training program.

Hiring experience with elderly in assisting with daily activities of living is helpful. Certified nurse’s aide is desired.

Supports case managers in timely referrals of patients to hospice services

Maintain familiarity with the Medicare Hospice Benefit and educate patients, families and healthcare professionals

Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support various team functions

Provides consultation and counseling to referrers, patients and/or families about hospice care and end of life care options.

Recent clinical and teaching experience in a program of higher education.

Experience in medical surgical nursing and/or mental health nursing.

Must be a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing.

Must possess or be eligible to obtain nursing licensure in Pennsylvania.

Must be able to meet the physical demands associated with a busy academic and clinical environment.

Notify management of unsafe conditions, needed maintenance of tables, chairs, carpet and/or equipment and any accidents.

Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.

The ability to develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.

Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Server/Barista/Bartender.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Take food and drink orders accurately and notify kitchen of order following department procedures.

Financial responsibilities consist of managing the operating budget, revenue monitoring and ensuring facility invoices are processed timely.

Assures that facility equipment is maintained and serviced appropriately in accordance with regulatory requirements, etc.

Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support various team functions.
