New York State Operator's License (without blemish)

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

At least two years of marketing experience within a luxury sector, preferably travel

Strong communication (written and oral) skills

Improving and maintaining the quality of FROSCH preferred hotels and villas

Establishing and proactively engaging FROSCH customer segments and key internal departments to positively influence the portfolio’s performance

Analyzing and understanding customer demand and ensuring we have all resources needed to successfully meet that demand

At least two years of account management experience, preferably within luxury travel

Understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management

As a Travel Relations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include

Ensuring competitiveness by improving and maintaining product quality, including rates, offer depth and inventory availability

Strong communication skills and an innate ability to engage people

Managing contracts of existing hotel and villa partnerships
